The Clippers also traded Danilo Gallinari, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, 4 unprotected 1st Round Picks, and a Protected 1st Round Pick for Paul George. As a Clipper fan, this is the best news I’ve heard in basketball since getting Chris Paul from the New Orleans Hornets.

My initial reaction was running around my house at 2 AM waking every family member in the process. For a whole week, coworkers and friends told me “Kawhi to the Lakers is already done”, but by god we made it happen. It still hasn’t even hit me that we got Paul George either. There’s so much to process with these moves, but one thing is clear: The Los Angeles Clippers are NBA Title Contenders.
